SOLO TRAVEL VS GROUP TRAVEL.
INTRODUCTION.
Solo trip and group trip has become a trend these days. This could be a result of the traveler's personality, pocket or whatever reason.
Some people also do not know what they mean, the difference, or even which category they fall into or will want to fall into. But as we continue, we will understand better what a solo trip means, a group trip, and the difference.
WHAT IS SOLO TRIP?
A solo trip is a form of vacation whereby the traveler decides to travel alone without friends or family. It can be for the purpose of self-discovery, freedom, etc. Solo trips can be applicable to people who are married or in a relationship.
But this still depends on the person's pocket and personality. Sometimes, some people with deep pockets prefer solo trips and some prefer it because they don't really like interacting with people.
WHAT IS GROUP TRIP?
A group trip is a form of vacation whereby a traveler joins other travelers to visit a particular place either within the country or outside the country. Group trips are normally carried out or planned when there are 5 travelers or more ready to depart.
This kind of vacation is normally done either to save money, make more friends, etc. It may or may not have anything to do with a pocket but everything to do with personality. It could probably be friends who come together and decide on a place to visit for the summer or vacation.
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SOLO TRIP AND GROUP TRIP.
- Solo trips can be boring sometimes except for the type you go with your wife/girlfriend while group trips can never be boring because you get to share a room with someone depending on the package you opt for. you also get to understand people more and learn more about people when you choose group trips.
- Solo trips give you more freedom when compared to group trips. When you arrange a solo trip, you can decide to change it halfway, take it one day at a time, etc. But when it comes to a group trip you really don't have that much freedom because they were already tailored before your departure.
- In solo trips, you have what is called personal time where you stay in your hotel room reading, watching movies, creating content, etc. That is to say, you create your personal time whenever you want it. In group trips, though personal time is given on the day you land and before departure, it is still not enough to reflect on some life decisions, make some changes, etc you just rush out to shop for family and other friends.
